Meet the Founder
Kourtnie Warden
Hi there, Kourtnie here! I'm a 32-year-old beauty enthusiast, wife, and mother of three.
My passion for lashes started when I was 19 and grew stronger with time. I became a lash artist myself and soon realized there was something missing in the industry. That's when the idea of Lash Essential was born.
Our mission is to help people achieve their career goals and grow along side us. Join our training programs and become part of the Lash Essential family!
Meet the Team
Michele Cameron
Meet Michele. In 2015, she became a licensed esthetician in Tucson, Arizona. The following year, she began her lash journey in the Pacific Northwest. She has been providing lash magic to the PDX area ever since and is currently located in Downtown Vancouver, Washington.
She utilizes expert care when customizing each client’s lashes while always keeping healthy natural lashes in mind.
She is certified in Volume Lashes, Mega Volume Lashes, Classic Lashes, Lash Lifting and Brow Lamination.
When she’s away from her lash dojo, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, quality time with friends and family, and foodie adventures. She lives with her husband, Caleb, and their fur children, Remy, Peach, and Brody.
Courtney Sparks
This is Courtney! She has been in the industry sine 2014- She has dabbled in all things cosmotology but she landed on lashes and hasn’t looked back since. She lashes full time and loves it!
When she isn’t in the salon she is probably re-watching New Girl episodes, obsessing over her puppy, or somewhere off-road with her husband.
She is also the face behind all of our informational blog posts!
Jenna Wano
Jenna is 31 and I grew up in Aspen Colorado. A wife of 14 years to a handsome electrician and a mom to two adorable kiddos.
She is both a lash extensionist and makeup artist. She has her own lash studio in her home that she works out of around the clock and absolutely love what she does!
As a makeup artist, she loves being creative with the face. She has always thought it was fascinating how you can transform someone’s look with the smallest changes. She went to school for lashing right out of beauty school and has been doing them ever since! Going on 10 years now.
She started using Lash Essential products about 4 years ago and as of Spring 2019 joined the Lash Essential Educator team!
Kylie Sellers
Hey there!! My name is Kylie Sellers, I am married to the love of my life and have the most beautiful daughter. Obsessed with the show FRIENDS, coffee & lashes.
I was very determined to go to school and find a career that I was passionate about. Which lead me to get my master esthetics license! Now.. 7 years later I am a successful lash artist & lash educator for Lash Essential.
My biggest reward is seeing my clients smile!
Renin Peterson
Hey everyone! My name is Renin Peterson. I Am a Master Aesthetician with 4+ years of experience! I live in pleasant grove, UT.
I am the owner of Ro and Bee Aesthetics LLC. I’m offer lashes and full body waxing out of my home. Certified By Lash Essential and have been brand repping for lash essential for 3+ years and I am so gratful to offer beautiful women, beautiful products!
Alisa Sampson
I am a licensed Master Nail Tech, Esthetician, Permanent Makeup Artist, Brow Babe, and have found a passion for mastering the fine art of Lashing.
I have been in the industry for 14 years and as the owner of Sparkle Shine Spa Salon, I have such a passion & drive to find the highest quality products for my clients.
I’m an old gypsy soul and I love traveling and creating adventures and memories with my two handsome boys. I grew up in Pleasant Grove, UT, and I currently find myself living in Vernal, UT.
I love to travel all over for the one on one training opportunities that I offer. I’m really passionate about education in the ever-changing beauty industry and to share what I have learned with my clients.
Most of all, I love to inspire, uplift, support, and help bring out the beauty in all of my clients. I am so excited to be apart of this team!
Callie Brown
Hey there! My Name is Callie Brown. I’m from Santaquin, Utah. I have been happily married for 13 years and I have four beautiful kids!
I have been a cosmetologist for 14 years. I did hair for 8 years and then realized that I wanted something more, so I went to school for my master aesthetics in 2014. While sitting in class one day , I saw another student with the most AMAZING lashes. I got her girls number and went to get my first set of volume lashes, and I was hooked! I immediately took my course and haven’t looked back! I have a lash studio out of my home and couldn’t be happier!
I truly believe that the quality of products you use can make or break your sets - which is why I am so happy and grateful to be able to help represent Lash Essentials, such a high quality amazing lash product company!
When I’m not lashing, I’ll most likely be found with my family and I couldn’t be happier about it ♥️
Katelyn Hadley
Hey, I’m Katelynn! I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2012 and found my love of eyelash extensions in 2015! After taking a small break from the beauty industry, I realized my passion was in lashes and opened Lashed. By Katelynn working out of a salon in Lacey, WA.
My favorite part of lashing Is getting to see the look on my clients face when they see their lashes for the first time!
When I’m not in the salon lashing, you’ll find me camping with my husband and our puppy Griffey! When we aren’t camping, we love going to concerts, Mariners games and hanging out with our family!
Tiffany Thornton
Hey all, I'm Tiffany! I'm married to my handsome husband and have two beautiful children, a daughter and a son. I've been in the lash world since 2014 and i'll never stop. I started lashing in cosmetology school and I loved it more than I ever thought I would; so I switched gears and ended up only lashing.
I love being able to help my clients feel beautiful in their own way! I lash full time from my home and love every minute of it. Finding a career that I was passionate in was the main goal and lashing has given me that.
Kailee Padilla (LA Lash owner)
I am an island girl from Hawaii, came to the big city 12 years ago to test my skills in business. Within good time lashes became my life and I have been lashing for 7 years now spreading lash education and women empowerment with my business LA Lash for the past 6 years!
