This seems to be the answer to a lot of life’s problems, but drinking water while we are working throughout the day is so important! Staying hydrated is going to help your body and brain function properly.
Take a Walk
Whether you have one minute or one hour between clients—move! Stand up, walk around, or shake it out. While lashing we are stationary for long periods of time so whatever you do to get moving is going to be beneficial to your body.
Make Your Space Ergonomically Friendly
Ergonomics is the process of safely and comfortably relating workers to their work spaces. Invest in a seat that allows for proper posture, adjust your furniture to be at comfortable heights, use proper lighting, work in a well ventilated space, and adjust your clients when needed. Your body will thank you later for working in an ergonomically friendly space.

Try adding in these stretches at least once a day and feel the difference! I found a great source for stretches with pictures and instructionsHERE.
