This is for all of you that may be newer to lashing, and I guess a good reminder for anyone who might be struggling. DON'T GIVE UP!!! Do you have thoughts going through your head like "I will never get fast at this" or "my lash pics don't look as good as everyone else's" or "I don't want to look at another eyelash again". I'm hear to beg you... don't stop trying. It can be a little overwhelming at first....or for a while, but I promise with practice and pacients it will get better. I remember when I started and it took me 3 hours to do a full set of classic lashes. It took me about 5 months before it just clicked and I didn't stress over every lash I placed. I would finish a set, and feel like I never wanted to see another eyelash again. Then that evening while laying in bed I couldn't get them out of my head and was excited to do another set. If you feel like you need more information and knowledge there are so many places to look, you don't need to feel like you are alone. There are multiple instagram accounts with great advise and tips (like yours truly). Also Facebook lash forums are a great place to search and throw questions out there and get other lash artist opinions. Now for the "my pics don't look as good as other pictures issue" they might not. It could be for many reasons. You could be comparing yourself to someone that has been doing lashes for way longer and has more experience. Or maybe they are just posting pictures of there clients with the best lashes. Or maybe editing was involved. I'm not saying everyone does this I'm just pointing out that you don't know, so try not to get down on yourself. This is an art and everyone's art is different. So hang in there. Give yourself a pat on the back, take a deep breath and keep stretching yourself.
