All products and information found on this site are intended for beauty professionals. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to know your local laws and regulations for performing any professional services. Customer's should have had/or will have professional training and feel completely competent in using the products sold on this site. Lash Essential is not responsible for any injury or damage if an untrained or unqualified artist is using our product(s). We have the right to ask for professional status proof. Products sold on this site are not intended for general public use. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are in fact a beauty professional, and have received proper training.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local Pick-Up option is only available for Northern Utah residents. We are located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Pick up is available Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm at Images Salon 93 East Center Street Pleasant Grove Utah. Please leave your cell phone number so we can notify you when your order is ready for pick up!!

DELIVERY

All products will be shipped via USPS priority shipping the next business day! Depending on location, it may take 2-5 business days. (Estimated time, Lash Essential is not responsible if packages arrive later.) When your eyelash extension products are shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We do not fulfill orders on weekends or major holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the order has been shipped. Please report any shipment issues to USPS immediately. We will not replace any lost or stolen packages. You can track your package with your tracking number on usps.com/tracking.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary concerns, all sales are final, even if the products are unopened or unused. We can not offer returns or exchanges on any products after they leave our warehouse. So please choose your products carefully to avoid any errors. If you need any help with choosing the right products for you, please email us for assistance - info@lashessential.com

If there seems to be product damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us via email to resolve the issue!! All shipping and product exchanges due to damaged products are the responsibility of the customer.
